Planning a Jibhi trip from Delhi
Jibhi is a small village in the Banjar valley of Kullu district, right next to the Tirthan Valley. It is known for wooden homestays, pine forests, a small waterfall and easy access to Jalori Pass. Most trips from Delhi use an overnight Volvo to Aut, followed by a short drive into the valley.
Two to three nights is enough for Jibhi and Tirthan: a waterfall walk, a drive up to Jalori Pass with the forest trail to Serolsar Lake, and a slow day by the Tirthan river. It works well as a long weekend from Delhi or as a quiet honeymoon add-on to Manali.
In winter, Jalori Pass often closes after snowfall, but Jibhi itself stays open and sometimes gets snow. Homestays here are small, so long weekends fill up quickly.
