1. Booking Confirmation & Inclusions
A package booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment through our secure Razorpay gateway and delivery of an official ChalenKya booking reference code. Every inclusion listed on your package detail voucher (dedicated cab, hotel category, meals, activities) is contractually guaranteed.
2. Transparent Door-to-Door Pricing
All listed pricing includes state taxes, toll taxes, parking fees, and verified driver allowances. In accordance with our honesty commitment, travelers will never be asked to pay cash fuel or toll surcharges mid-journey unless they request an unplanned detour outside the itinerary.
3. Mountain Weather & Force Majeure
Himalayan travel can occasionally be affected by landslides, heavy snow, or union road regulations. In such circumstances, our on-ground concierge coordinates alternate scenic routes, re-routing, or pass excursions at no additional vehicle fee.
4. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers must carry valid government photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) for domestic hotel check-in and transit permits across Kashmir, Himachal, and border belts.
