Clear and honest processing guidelines

1. Refund Processing Speed

Approved refunds are initiated immediately from our Razorpay merchant dashboard. Funds are routed back directly to your original payment source (UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking) and reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business banking days.

2. Route or Weather Interruptions

If a mountain pass or road is officially closed by district authorities due to extreme weather or landslides, we do not deduct cancellation charges for the missed sightseeing points. We either provide equivalent alternate scenic excursions or credit the activity value back to you.
